Fixed Missing Name Data for Candidates Parsed from External Job Boards

We fixed an issue where some candidates parsed from external job boards were missing name data on the Add Candidate page. Now, name fields populate correctly when candidates are added from an external job board, consistent with how names are parsed via drag-and-drop resume upload.
